How we collect information We collect information about you when you fill in the form to join Simona Club on this website, or when you fill in a Simona Club card in one of our stores. We also collect information about your purchases so that we can identify and reward customers who frequently buy Simona labels.
Why we collect information We only collect information about you to enable us to send you information about our company, products and services. That information might be sent to you by email, or by post (if you choose to provide a postal address), or if you approve, by SMS. We also use information we collect to identify and reward frequent customers.
We collect information on your general location (postcode) so that we better understand the geographic spread of our customers.
We give you the option of indicating your general age group so that can send you information that might be better focussed on your fashion shopping requirements.
What we do with your information Your information is kept in a secure database with access limited to only a small number of our staff. It is only used for the purposes of sending you information by email, post or SMS.
The Simona staff who handle the databases understand their obligations under Australian law to keep your personal information secure.
What we definitely don’t do with your information
Deleting information about you If you ask us to delete information about you, or if we have no further use for information about you, we completely delete your information from our database. You can remove yourself from our database by clicking ‘Unsubscribe’ on the Simona Club email newsletters or by writing to us at Simona Pty Limited, 51-63 O’Connor Street, Chippendale NSW 2008, or by calling our head office on FREECALL 1800 654 116 and asking to speak to the Privacy Manager.
If you wish to unsubscribe, please be careful to quote the exact email address that has received our newsletter—some customers have several email addresses, and it is important that you identify the exact email address that should be deleted.
Updating your information You may amend your personal information by clicking ‘Update my details’ on Simona Club email newsletters.
Changes to our Privacy Policy If any changes to these policies occur, we will notify our customers by updating this section of our website.
